Hello , I recently visited for 3 days from Naples due to the hurricane . Melissa greeted me and was very nice and helpful. The gym was great ! The men and woman were also very friendly & welcoming and the old skool equipment was a reminder of training at Bevs in NY. To the owner personally : If you’re ever interested in making millions $$$$ Please I beg you , beg you. Open up this style in Naples , WE NEED YOU 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Miami Iron is hands down the best gym in Miami! I use to come here a year ago and recently came back to it again because they have good equipment here and I mostly come here late at night and it’s not packed like other places not to mention the atmosphere is great!

Great gym!! If you love to train hard this is a must visit spot. Loud music, good equipment selection, no nonsense crowd. The added art and photos is a great feeling if you're into the iron sport.

I’ve been training at the MIG for years. There is no other gym that gives you old school Hard Core training like the MIG. No nonsense straight up HARD CORE! We all respect each other and there is no BULLSHIT like in other Gyms where they sit and text and hold up the machines. At the MIG we don’t workout WE TRAIN!! And if you don’t like it go somewhere else!! My forever home. Thank you Jorge for establishing a home for us all!

They have a few pieces of equipment that I havent seen in a while. Nowhere as dusty as metroflex gym in Arlington, TX also smaller then metroflex, but the same level of congestion. Basically this is a similar hard core gym with many of the same assumptions of people who workout at such places. One guy was chastised within a minute to rerack weights... probably a bit premature. Anyway it seems like a good experience overall... enough to cancel my other memberships

Amazing people there. Helpful and nice staff. People go there to train and do their own thing. Great old school machines. Good price for the day pass. It may seem small but it does the job ! Love how they meal prep there too and drinks.

Miami Iron Gym is easily one of my favorite spots to train. It has that classic old-school vibe you just don't see much anymore and feels a lot like the original Gold’s Gym. You can tell there’s history here, and everyone comes in ready to work. What I really like is that no one is messing around or stuck on their phone. The energy is super focused and motivating with everyone locked in and pushing themselves. It’s super affordable, open 24/7, and the staff is always around if you need anything. The trainers are also really helpful and will gladly show you how to use any equipment. If you’re serious about training and want a gym with real grit and a great atmosphere, this is the place to be!

This gym is incredible, management was good as well, when working out I can feel the heat, the artwork on their wall is cool, and love the fact they have picture frames of Legendary Bodybuilders and maybe some modern Bodybuilders too. I should come back when I go back to Miami, FL
